Previously, beneficiaries had to visit BISP offices to get payment updates, but now, this information is just a few clicks away. However, if the portal does not show any payment information, it might mean your NSER survey hasn’t been completed or you haven’t been declared eligible by BISP yet. Complete the NSER survey and ensure you meet eligibility criteria to be able to access your payment information online.

Step-by-Step Guide to Check Your BISP Payment Online

  • Visit the 8171 Web Portal: Go to https://8171.bisp.gov.pk/ using your mobile or computer.
  • Enter Your Information: Input your ID card number and the captcha code displayed on the screen.
  • Click “Check Eligibility”: This option is located in the menu. Once selected, a new page will load.
  • View Payment Details: All information about your payment, if available, will be displayed on this page.

Alternative Method: Check Payment via SMS

If you don’t have internet access, you can still get your payment details through SMS. Here’s how:

  • Open the SMS application on your phone.
  • Select “New SMS” and enter your ID card number in the message body.
  • Send the SMS to 8171.
  • Wait for a reply SMS, which usually arrives within minutes and contains all payment details.
