The Punjab Government has introduced the CM Punjab Kisan Card Program to support farmers with financial and modern agricultural resources. This initiative aims to improve productivity and provide easy access to funding for small and medium farmers across the province.
So far, over 12 lakh applications have been received, and around 3 lakh farmers have already been issued their cards. Farmers have utilized the program to make purchases worth Rs. 2 billion, showing its strong impact. Recently, Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif expanded the program by increasing the total cards from 5 lakh to 7.3 lakh, giving more farmers a chance to benefit.
Eligibility Criteria
- Residency: Must be a resident of Punjab and a Pakistani citizen.
- Land Ownership: Should own agricultural land between 1 to 12 acres.
- Valid CNIC: A valid identity card is mandatory.
- No Outstanding Loans: Applicant must not be a defaulter of any bank.
- Land Records: Land must be registered in official Land Record Centers.
- Legal Status: Applicants involved in illegal activities are not eligible.

- Send SMS: Send your CNIC number to 8070 from your registered mobile number.
- Confirmation: You will receive a message confirming your application.
- Verification: Authorities will verify your data within a few days.
- Card Issuance: If eligible, your Kisan Card will be issued.
- Collection: You will be notified when and where to collect your card.
