Can a Family Member Complete the Survey?
For women who are unable to visit a BISP office due to illness or disability, there is an alternative. According to DG Naveed Akbar, if a woman is unable to go in person, she can send a family member to complete the survey on her behalf. This ensures that all eligible women, regardless of physical limitations, can maintain their enrollment in the Kafalat program.
